Niche Automotive has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this site. The models illustrated and pricing given are all subject to status, change in design and equipment. In parts they may even show optional equipment and accessories not fitted as standard along with model alterations in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

All quotations are subject to manufacturer’s price change and interest rate fluctuations and as in any credit agreement all offers are subject to status and acceptance, written details available on request.

All standard features of a vehicle quoted, are taken direct from the Funder - manufacturers website or brochure. For your own reference please view the standard features on the relevant manufacturers website or brochure prior to signing Niche Automotive order confirmation, Niche Automotive accept no liability for any change of standard features.

All agreements are subject to an administration fee of £180 + Vat unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Dates: All delivery dates are an estimate given via the manufacturers, Niche Automotive accept no liability for any change in delivery dates if offered by the manufacturer or main dealer.

Niche Automotive will not use the personal information collected on this website for any purpose other than individual customer care, mailing of product information, or special offers. For these purposes, the information may be stored and processed by Niche Automotive. Niche Automotive declares that all information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions concerning data protection (Data Protection Number: Z930 77 68).

All offers on this site are based on either 2 to 4 year Contract Hire package. All Business Contract hire pricing is shown exclusive of Vat @ the current rate. All Personal Contract hire pricing is shown including Vat @ the current rate. Road fund licence for the duration of the contract and delivery to the mainland UK are both included in the monthly rental for both business and personal users.

All quotations are subject to status and are also subject to change at any time, guarantees may also be required.

Complaints Handling Procedure

It is the aim of Niche Automotive to provide a very high standard of service to every client. It is important to us that all complaints are resolved as quickly as possible and to the complete satisfaction of our clients. This procedure explains how we will deal with any complaints. It also tells you what you can do if you think your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our service, then we would like to hear from you. You can contact us by telephone or in writing and your complaint will be resolved by the appropriate person in the shortest possible time. To help us to investigate and resolve your concerns as quickly as possible, you should in the first instance contact the department with which you have been dealing. We will try to resolve your complaint immediately; however, sometimes, this may not be possible.

 

In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve your complaint by the end of the next business day, we will keep you informed of the progress of our investigations and provide our final response in writing providing our findings and the action to then take.

If you have a regulated contract with us and are not satisfied with our final response, you may be eligible to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must do this within six months of our final response. When we send you our final response, we will also provide you with a copy of the Financial Ombudsman Service’s explanatory leaflet.

This document provides information about Niche Automotive, the products we offer, the services we will provide, what we charge for our services, who regulates us, what to do if you have a complaint, and details about the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

• Debt adjusting – This permission is limited to debt adjusting with no debt management

Our credit broking services provided

We offer vehicle leasing and credit hire products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. All our products are related to the leasing or hire of a vehicle.
Based on your funding requirements we will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate, or general information relating to finance products. In assessing your needs, we may need to seek information about your personal circumstances and requirements as might be relevant to enable us to identify your needs.

We will:

• Bring to your attention how this firm uses your personal data it collects

• Provide you with a clear and simple method to cancel your consent for the processing of your personal data

• At your request disclose from where your personal data was obtained

• We agree to keep all personal information in a secure environment and will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other applicable data protection legislation currently in force.

• We encourage you to ask us at any stage anything that is unclear and obtain independent legal advice if you still do not fully understand the credit arrangements – please note unless we are satisfied you fully understand the terms and conditions of the finance you are applying for we will be unable to make the introduction to the finance company, this is for your protection and ours

The finance products used

​

As a FCA regulated credit broker, we may introduce you to a range of finance providers who may be able to help you finance your vehicle and provide other products/services, such as vehicle maintenance and servicing packages.
Please note not all our products are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority which is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. We will explain clearly at the outset whether any service you enter with us is regulated by the FCA or not.
We will only offer products from a carefully selected panel of finance providers. We will not refer you outside of this panel. You can ask us for a list of the suppliers who provide our finance products. All the products we offer are optional.
We may receive a fee for introducing you to one of our many lenders who assists with your agreement or from another credit broker to whom we refer you if we cannot arrange funding for you, we do not charge for our credit broking services.

• Explain the key features of the regulated credit agreement to enable you make an informed choice

• Take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that a product we wish to recommend to you is suitable for your needs and circumstances

• Advise you to read, and allow you enough opportunity to consider the terms and conditions of a credit agreement before entering it

• Before referring you to a third party which carries on regulated activities obtain your consent, after having explained to you why your details are to be disclosed to that third party

• Before effecting an introduction of you to a lender disclose (where applicable) the fact that the lender is linked to this firm by being a member of the same group as the firm

• Before effecting an introduction of you to a lender explain how, when and where you may exercise your cancellation rights

COMMISSION DISCLOSURE

Financial Conduct Authority

The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to their customers that a commission may be payable to the intermediary by a supplier or creditor that we may introduce you to; and, to disclose the amount of this potential commission when requested. The Financial Conduct Authority have made it clear that “commission” means any financial consideration.

 

Charges for our services

Niche Automotive rely on the commission paid from our finance providers or lenders when you engage our services. The commissions payable may be pre-set by our lenders and the commission payable in each deal may vary; this can be subject to parameters such as the value of the vehicle or volumes supplied within a given timeframe. The amount of commission in the deal may have an impact on the amount payable by the customer. Niche Automotive are a broker and not a lender and will work with a panel of lenders to ensure the customer is provided the most cost-effective solution on each occasion.
